Description Using half a full sized pitch, all the players work on this conditioning circuit and perform the 7 different elements in sequence.

1 = 10 sit-ups on the mat, 2 = zig-zag run, 3 = jump 6
hurdles, 4 = jump on 1 leg with alternate feet through the rings, 5 = slalom run through
the poles, 6 = skip through the 2 ladders and 7 = 10 sit-ups on the mat.

The players perform 7 series (different order of conditioning tasks) like this:
Series 1: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7, Series 2: 1-2-3-4-7, Series 3: 1-2-4-5-7, Series 4: 1-6-4-5-7, Series 5:
1-6-5-7 and finish with 2 x reps of Series 6: 1-2-3-4-5
Objective We work on conditioning including stamina, strength, agility, speed and coordination.
Coaching Points 1. Make sure the players get sufficient rest time in between each series.
2. Reduce the amount of series the players do depending on the age group.
